The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Planning and Development Authority (DNHPDA) is a statutory
body constituted under Section 20(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act as applicable
to the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Authority was notified vide Notification
No: ATP/P&DA/T&CP/06-07/108/17 dated 26/05/2020.
